Troubleshooting

If your eSIM won’t activate, try the steps below.

  1. Restart Your Device
    A simple restart fixes most activation issues.
  2. Make Sure Wi-Fi Is ON
    eSIMs require internet access to install.
  3. Scan the QR Code Again
    Ensure your screen brightness is high.
  4. Check Device Compatibility
    Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
    If this option does NOT appear, your device is not eSIM-compatible.
