Use of Service
- Adams Wave eSIMs are prepaid, digital products.
- Service availability depends on device compatibility, network coverage, and local signal strength.
- Adams Wave is not responsible for device issues, user error, or incompatibility.
Digital Delivery
- All eSIMs are delivered digitally by email instantly after purchase.
- Once delivered, the eSIM is considered USED even if the customer has not activated it yet.
No Warranty
Service is provided “as-is” without guarantees. Coverage, speeds, and performance may vary.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- Adams Wave is NOT liable for loss of data, device issues, travel delays, missed communications, or any damages arising from use of the service.
- Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the plan only.
User Responsibilities
- Customer must confirm compatibility BEFORE buying.
- Customer agrees to follow activation steps correctly.
- Customer accepts that all sales are final once the QR code is delivered.
Refunds
Refunds are ONLY available if:
- The eSIM was not delivered
- The QR code is invalid AND support cannot fix it
- A duplicate accidental order occurred
All other purchases are final.
Fraud Prevention
Adams Wave may block or suspend accounts for misuse, chargebacks, or fraudulent behavior.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida.
