Customer Responsibility

- The customer must follow activation instructions correctly.
- The customer accepts that Adams Wave is not responsible for device issues, SIM locks, carrier restrictions, or travel delays.
Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Adams Wave is not liable for loss of data, income, business disruption, or damages.
- Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the plan.
- All digital products are final and considered delivered once the email is sent.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Unauthorized disputes may result in permanent account bans.
