Step 1 — Check Device Compatibility

Step 2 — Purchase Your Plan

Choose any Adams Wave plan at checkout.
Your eSIM QR code will be emailed instantly after purchase.

Step 3 — Open Your Phone Settings

Go to:
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Add eSIM

On some devices it may say:
“Add Mobile Plan” or “Scan QR Code”

Step 4 — Scan Your QR Code

Use your phone camera to scan the QR code sent to your email.
Follow the on-screen instructions until activation completes.

Step 5 — Restart If Prompted

Some devices require a quick restart to finish activation.
This takes less than 10 seconds.

Step 6 — Turn On Mobile Data

Once activated, select your new eSIM as the active data line.
You’re now connected.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If the QR code won’t scan, try brightening your screen.
  • If activation fails, restart your phone and try again.
  • Ensure Wi-Fi or data is ON during setup.
  • We can manually activate your eSIM if needed.
